Cancellation & Payment Policy

Payment Schedule

Reservations may be secured with one of the following options:

Split Payment

50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Pay in Full

Full payment may be made at the time of booking.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled 60 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 75% refund of payments made.

Reservations cancelled between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival will receive a 25% refund of payments made.

Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
